Shipping Policy

All Vesper Hour orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with a confirmation email and tracking number provided once the item ships. We offer both Standard and Expedited domestic shipping options, with costs calculated at checkout based on package specifications and destination. While we ensure meticulous packaging, Vesper Hour is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied on international orders, nor are we liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a full refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous, unedited video recording of the package being opened for the first time (the "Unboxing Video") is strictly required to process any claim for damaged merchandise. Upon verification of the damage via the Unboxing Video and receipt of the defective item, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For all other returns (general dissatisfaction), items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must be unlit, unused, and in pristine, resaleable condition with all original packaging. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a standard restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured method for general returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit back to Vesper Hour.
